We are looking for a new management team to help us lead the way in our BRAND NEW VENUE! Do you have a passion for fresh food, supporting local suppliers and leading junior team members to reach their full potential? Then we want to hear from you!

Leading the team, you will be responsible for:

• Inspiring and motivating your team
• Overseeing/monitoring day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
• Ensure our guests receive an unparalleled dining experience through attentive service and impeccable presentation
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, where each team member feels valued and empowered
• Assist in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimisation.
• Maintain stock control, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient procurement processes.
