What do we need?
We are looking for a new management team to help us lead the way in our BRAND NEW VENUE! Do you have a passion for fresh food, supporting local suppliers and leading junior team members to reach their full potential? Then we want to hear from you!
About the job:
Leading the team, you will be responsible for:
- Inspiring and motivating your team
- Overseeing/monitoring day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Ensure our guests receive an unparalleled dining experience through attentive service and impeccable presentation
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, where each team member feels valued and empowered
- Assist in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimisation.
- Maintain stock control, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient procurement processes.
