We are looking for bar staff with a passion for carefully crafted cocktails, the highest of standards and the ability to work with passion and purpose.

You’ll be hands-on behind the bar, ensuring consistency and creativity in everything that leaves it — from classic cocktails to in-house innovations.

We are seeking a talented bartender who shares our vision to promote local products and provide excellent customer service.

Due to the location of the venue the successful applicant must have a full UK driving license with reliable access to their own vehicle.

Working in a fast-paced environment you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, soft drinks, and hot drinks.
• Greeting and interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintaining a well-organised and clean bar area. This will include the storage of beverages, glassware, and bar tools.
• Staying informed about the menu and be able to answer questions about ingredients and provide recommendations.
• Adhering to licensing objectives, ensuring responsible service to guests – including checking the identification of guests to verify age and maintain a safe environment.
• Handling cash payments and operate the till system accurately.
• Monitoring and contributing to the management of bar stock, including restocking supplies and notifying management when products need to be ordered.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, including regular cleaning of bar equipment, glassware, and work areas.

While experience is good we believe that personality and willing to learn are more important and would encourage anybody with a passion for the bar to apply.
