What do we need?

We are looking for a Supervisor to join the BRAND NEW team at The Charleston! If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service, a knack for leading a dynamic team and committed to excellence, then we want to meet you!

Due to the location of the venue the successful applicant must have a full UK driving license with reliable access to their own vehicle.

About the job:

As the driving force behind our team your role will include:

  • Leading by example: Inspire and motivate a team of dedicated professionals to deliver excellent service.
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, where each team member feels valued and empowered.
  • Service Excellence: Ensure that our guests receive an unparalleled dining experience through attentive service and impeccable presentation.

A minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry and a solid understanding of operations within the hospitality industry.
