We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our BRAND NEW venue, The Charleston, Bakewell. Playing a pivotal role in our kitchen’s success, you will assist in overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring excellent food quality, and inspiring our kitchen team to achieve perfection.

We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our BRAND NEW venue, The Charleston, Bakewell. Playing a pivotal role in our kitchen’s success, you will assist in overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring excellent food quality, and inspiring our kitchen team to achieve perfection.

Due to the location of the venue the successful applicant must have a full UK driving license with reliable access to their own vehicle.

Working together with the kitchen team you will:

• Ensure timely and precise execution of menu items, maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with our skilled kitchen team to prepare and present dishes that meet our premium quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating innovative and enticing menu offerings that align with our culinary vision.
• Uphold strict hygiene and food safety practices, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.

For this role previous experience as a chef is essential with the ability to demonstrate your culinary capabilities.
